Dispatch Schedule
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 working day upon cart confirmation. Please give this a patient wait.
Festive Year End Dispatch Schedule
Reindrops will be taking a one week break coming year end. Orders that flow through after 20th December 2019 will only be dispatched on 31st December 2019.
Payment Mode
a) Bank Transfer – DBS Paylah or OCBC Paynow
[What to expect?] Upon checkout completion, you will receive an ‘On Hold’ email notification.
[Payment Time period] A 24 hour window will be opened for your convenience. ‘On Hold’ items will be released automatically into the store after this period.
[Is my payment transfer successful?] An auto generated ‘Processing’ email will be sent once payment has been validated from our end. Advise to give this a patient wait.
[Do I have to screenshot the payment transaction?] No. We will be able to track this from our end as long as Order Reference has been indicated during the transfer.
[When will I receive my item?] Dispatch is usually done one working day after order is being placed. Tracking number will be furnished within an automated ‘Completion’ Notification for all registered shipping items. Expected time of receipt thereafter: 2-3 working days
b) Credit Card/Debit Card via Paypal

Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene considerations, all transactions are final at point of checkout. We do our best to scrutinize every piece before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. In the rare event that the wrong item has been delivered, do reach out to us here. If you have received an earring stud that has a bent post caused during the delivery process, we suggest bending it back to its original position.
